Bio(UK )
Raised on Reggae, Motown, Hip Hop …, Vini became a drummer at the age of 7. After taking part in a number of events as member of a Punk-Rock-Reggae group he discovered, and rapidly became immersed in, the world of DJing. Vini had found his element and 3 months later, he was mixing in a succession of parties, clubs and festivals. Soon after, he created the "Yen Sound Project" (recorded mix and live events with U.Stone & Mc A.MN/ UK) and released 4 12 inches (M.S.T Records 001; D&G Records), then 2 new 12 inches on Protodrum Records (featuring DJ DUD et U.Stone ), which is the label of the Infrabass crew!
These collaborations pushed Vini to launch a new project: the Kinkybeats Records label with GG Project, U.Stone and Reggiefox where he released 2 12 inches (KB001 / KB002).

At the same time, he toured as a sound engineer around France with a number of groups, in particular reggae artists, such as Sizzla, Buju Banton, Gladiators, Michael Roses, the list goes on…
In 2009/ 2010, he celebrated his return to the studio by releasing 2 new Dubwise 12 inches on Nu Urban Records with his longtime accomplice U.Stone as well as a new collaboration with Lowmax on the Russian label XSSR Dubstep Records).
Vini doesn’t limit himself to a music style. Influenced by Dub, Jungle and Reggae, he draws on this experience and rewrites it into a Dubstep and Drum & Bass context, fitting with the vibe of his new projects.
Currently sought after for collaborations and remixes, he alternates between DJ commitments (Paris, Marseille, Lisbon, Bristol ...) and studio work on a Deep album with Mr Casual, a Dubwise Records project reuniting the cream of D&B and French Dubwise producers which counts on releasing a new label for the end of summer ;)
